Missing, Refund, and Return Policy
At Irri-Hub KE, we strive to ensure that all customers are satisfied with our products and services. We value your trust and aim to make the return and refund process as seamless as possible. Please read our policy below for details.
Missing Items Policy
If you receive your order and find that an item is missing, please notify us immediately. We ask that you report any missing items within 1 day of receiving your order.
To report a missing item:
Email us at sales@irri-hub.com with your invoice number and details of the missing item(s).
Our team will respond within 1 business day to address your issue.
If an item is confirmed missing, we will arrange for it to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you're not, you may be eligible for a refund under certain conditions.
Eligibility for Refund:
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Proof of purchase, such as an invoice, must be provided.
How to Request a Refund:
- Send an email to sales@irri-hub.com with your invoice number and a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.
- A 10% fee of the cost will be incurred by the client for processing the refund.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Return Policy
If you wish to return an item, please ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
Return Process:
- Email us at sales@irri-hub.com with your invoice number and reason for the return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and the address to send the item(s).
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving the wrong product).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your return and process any applicable refunds.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. You will need to:
- Report the issue within 12 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos or video evidence of the damaged or defective product.
- If the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will either send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
